My guess is bakery waste (dough) to be used for pig/animal feed, got a bit warm the other day so dough did what dough does best… rose to the occasion

Down by J16 according to the article, but the description also says between A519 and A34 which is J15 - going off the pic it looks like J16 though
it was off j16 on the a500 heading towards stoke the first lot of laybys. I was wondering what it was when it went past at 5am this morning.
Wonder how many following or going past him ended up with that gunge all over the screen…
