Well I’m still thinking about it while waiting for the DVLA to return my provisional (some time in 2017 I presume given how efficient they are ). But I’m getting a bit put off by a lot of the talk all over the internet about a huge supply of newbie drivers, suppressed wages and general negativity though.
Your prices are very competitive and you are reasonably local to me (60 ish miles)… but it is still a bit investment… have to work a lot of hours to pay back full class 1 training from a standing start assuming one can even get a job after.
Hmmm
Covguy,
I applied online twice for D2 and D4 and got Zilch back. After Googling DVLA number ( which I eventually found on a consumer site) and not on DVLA, and speaking to a real person, they said they would post them to me.
To be clear, no need to hold the provisional licence to register with us and benefit from the offer.
Also no need to get forms from DVSA> Simply download them. Folks coming to us for medical will have forms waiting for them when they arrive.
Pete
Also get forms from Post Office if am correct
Post Office doesn’t keep D4 forms as a rule.

I’ve done my forms and had the medical (£55 to fill in two boxes and stamp a form twice ) now they have been posted back, so purely in the hands of the DVLA.

The DVLA have been pretty quick recently. You should have them back in 7/8 days i would imagine
Wish you had this offer a year ago!! Haha

You were right, 7 days turn around exactly as it happens. Quite impressive for the DVLA and no fee either.
Just one more day to get yourself sorted! Offer will definitely close on Monday at 6pm. Not only does the offer end but the price increase comes in from Tuesday. Computers are all ready set up for this and there’s no way back!
If you miss this, you’ll kick yourself.
Will be a long time till you see another offer like this from me.

Got my cat c retest on Thursday but will probably have to take a chance and book cat c+e on Monday.
Makes good sense.
And best of luck with the retest.
