Week 6 is over the 60 hour limit. All other weeks are ok but keep an eye on your average 48h week as if you keep that amount of hours regularly you’ll be over (unless using POA)
How much driving have you been doing during those shifts?
If those are total working times there’s nothing to worry about, you’ve gone over 60 hours one week but only by 11 minutes, and if those times are including your breaks you haven’t even gone over the 60 maximum working time.
You’re only just about over the 48 hour average and that can be corrected later

So I have started a new job however I think I have broken the law regarding weekly hours worked. Here is a rundown of my hours(total working time)
There’s no hours for week 5 so you have to ÷ by 5 not 6. (Unless week 5 was 0 hours in which case it’s well under the average.
It does work out to 48 hours average based on week 5 being 0 hours.
Sorry for delay in replying I have more info on my hours. The resting times are actually total break times my app just classes it as resting for some reason.
Week 1 Driving-31:06
Resting-04.27
Other work-20.41
Total work-56:15
Week 2 Driving 27.03
Resting-05.07
Other work-13.53
Total work-51:38

Week 4 Driving 16:07
Resting 00:52
Other work 09:06
Total work-26:.06
Week 5 Driving-39:37
Resting-07:10
Other Work-13:23
Total work-60:11
Week 6 Which has been classed up as 10 days from my app-Driving 62:13
Resting-23:28
Other work-25:26
Total work-111::08
Ignore the rest times as they don’t count towards your weekly hours totals. The only time you would include these hours is when working out your max daily duty time of 15 hours.
All of the weeks are ok. What makes you think you have done something wrong with your hours?
Thanks for all the replies. I thought I gone over the 90 hours/fortnight too often.Guess I am just getting used to working out all these hours. The job isn’t too bad lots of handball to small shops been into quite a few tight spaces some you wouldn’t even think you could get a car through! Oh and double stacked pallets are a a pain in the backside to get off but hey ho I have a job now
Week 1 Driving-31:06
Resting-04.27
Other work-20.41
TOTAL WORK = 51.47
Week 2 Driving 27.03
Resting-05.07
Other work-13.53
TOTAL WORK = 40.56
Week 3 Driving-28.52
Resting-04.23
Other Work-13.02
TOTAL WORK = 41.54
Week 4 Driving 16:07
Resting 00:52
Other work 09:06
TOTAL WORK = 25.13
Week 5 Driving-39:37
Resting-07:10
Other Work-13:23
TOTAL WORK = 53.00
FOR THOSE 5 WEEKS
TOTAL WORK = 51.47 + 40.56 + 41.54 + 25.13 + 53.00 = 212.50 SO WELL UNDER THE 48 AVERAGE FOR THE RTD
NO WEEK HAS GONE OVER THE 56 DRIVING TIME LIMIT
IN NO TWO WEEKS NEXT TO EACH OTHER HAS THE DRIVING GONE OVER THE 90 LIMIT

The only concern there is the fact that whatever “app” you’re using has counted week 6 as 10 days.
Did you have the correct weekly rest period or is the app wrong ?
The app I’m using is called Truckertimer and yes looking back now week 6 was classed incorrectly my input error. So my hours are fine and I’m already cutting my time down now as I have been given permanent runs. Thanks all for the advice!
