First break is a minimum of 15 minutes, followed by a break of at least 30 minutes to complete a full 45 minute break.For first breaks anything between 15 minutes and 44 minutes will be recorded as a 15 minute break, (driving hours regs).
Wrong the tacho will still record 30mins , I know I have done it then checked print out

Okay, I worded that incorrectly but it doesn’t really matter, the point I was making is that a break of up to 44 minutes will only count as a 15 minute (driving hours) break.
