Not been there for years, was never a lot on, must have got better with time most places have, I always found the best thing was the road out of it.

Jon in 2 words - sod all
If you’re lucky you might get to see me in my big silver coach though…
Come round mine and get totally ■■■■faced, got 2 crates in the shed going outta date!! Depends what side of Reading yr going to…Whitley is a no-no (apart from our depot ), parts of Tilehurst is a no-no (well, most of it) Bugger all Winnershe side (apart from The George Pub, food pretty good, i know one of the Chefs, Regional geezer for Panasonic) dozens of pubs in the town, Plenty of errrrrrrr, ‘business women’ down the Oxford Rd (most of 'em Poles) but their ‘offices’ are mainly open nights…dunno why as there aint many hauliers down there
. Few half decent pubs for meals scattered around (easy to find) if you don’t wanna venture into town with the students although watching 'em at the end of the night can be entertaining when there ‘trying’ to fight amongst themselves!!
