Theory training?

Hi. I need to start training for my theory, hazard perception and case studies. Does anyone have any recommended training discs or downloads etc?

If there Is already a post about this just point me in the right direction and delete this one. Haha

Cheers. Jon.

Hi, I used this site. Cost me £18 for access and i would highly recommend it.

Good luck

Quite a few things around for theory and case studies

http://www.desktopdriving.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=487 - has about 30 case studies
http://drivingtheory4all.co.uk about 60 case studies for £18.00 and another £18.00 for hazard perception and theory
http://lgvtheory.co.uk 120 case studies and theory test questions £12.00

a few apps around as well if you’re a fan of the iphone. Try and avoid the case studies cd roms on ebay as I found most of them to be next to useless. Also be aware that the hazard perception clips at the test centre are cgi now rather than just video recordings. So if you do need to practice these ( I didn’t as they are a piece of p***) make sure you do it with cgi clips rather than the old ones.

good luck and let us know how you get on

I used the official DVSA theory book and DVD hazard perception disc. Got 98/100 Mod 1a Multiple Choice, 85/100 Mod 1b Hazard Perception, and 47/50 Mod 2 CPC Case Studies.

DVSA set the tests so it makes sense to use their material. All these third party companies trying to cash in, don’t know what questions are going to be asked, so I wouldn’t use theirs!

From what I gather the DVSA licence the questions to the companies so it’s the same stuff regardless.
