I was due to start two weeks of class 1 training on monday.

So, this wednesday just gone I was doing furniture removals and did my back in. Took Thursday off work. Today (friday) I’ve been prescribed all manner of anti-inflamatories and also antibiotics for a secondary infection.

shakes head I’m a very ill lil bunny.

I’m also a very very annoyed one!

Sorry to hear that Dapper, get well soon. Training can be done any time, you only get one back so get it right first then worry about sorting out another date for the training.

Hmm. You need to watch it with antibiotics and stuff. I’ve had an allergic reaction to mine :frowning: Stomach flu, so I’ve had to change them :frowning:

Good luck with getting better. You need to be 100 percent with your back as it is your lifeline! And all that turning and movement witll make your life hell and you will not be at your best!

:slight_smile: My entire family has been yelling at me about my back too. I’m supposed to be the ‘sensible’ one.

sigh It just ■■■■■ having to put it off when I’ve been waiting so long. In fact - I can’t drive for a week with these antibiotics!

It allways happens at the worst possible moment :unamused: . It’s called Murphy’s law :open_mouth: :angry: . Sorry to hear about the back Dapper and hope your back behind the steering wheel soon.

Don’t know if this is one of those you’ve already been prescribed, but Ibuprofen Gel is something I can recommend. :slight_smile:
It’s always worked for me in the past when I’ve had Back problems.
