The weekend?

Yeah I used to love leaving one particularly obnoxious day drivers cab with the scent of Marlboro Red.

Don’t be so harsh on yourself mate I’m sure the whole of the forum members are in fits of laughter and constantly hang on for your legendary comedy prowess …‘‘The Fox and Grapes’’…oh how we laughed.
:joy:

Is it?
Nah right over my swede mate I’m afraid… I evidently aint no match for your sharp intellectual wit …it seems.

You should take over from our old mate the absent
Luke aka switchlogic,.and do some Culinary Trucker vids mate…
You can have that one for free.:smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Nah you’re alright , I’m not in Luke’s league , I work for a living and drive a truck

I’ve just cut the grass…December! Had a couple of frosts, but the arum lilies are still standing, and days are so mild that the grass hasn’t stopped yet.

Looked at my grass when i came home
Still growing

My lawns could do wi mowing, but they’re absolutely sodden & it’s pishing down here again.

I’ve done bangers, mash & gravy for tea, but I’m having a soak in a red-hot bath first.

Night of TSW 6 from Euston-Manchester on the class 390 Pendolino, with a bottle of apple juice.

Hope we’re not getting a photo of that!

Just sorted out some Christmas prezzies for some family members, they’re getting Greenpeace t-shirts as it’s free P+P this weekend. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: :+1: :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

I am on orders not to get message/funny t-shirts this year…

My own “Brexit is ■■■■■■■■” one is worn out now  but I might indulge in some other designs.

Edit Brexit Is Bollox

I got a couple of those Greenpeace pollinators t-shirts. I grow loads of veggies here & lots of flowers from March onwards for the bees.

I really should try to grow veggies again, but do like to take off for trips in warm weather, so when I return the garden always looked too much of a mess.
Doing little but often seems to be the way to keep on top of it all.
I am now have top fruits and maybe cane and bush fruits. They survive my gre… correction.. brown fingers.

I’ve always had a love for growing plants even when I worked away for most of the week, I think I missed my vocation, but since retiring it’s been full-time mainly in both greenhouses :+1: I start everything off in January/February with propagators, heat mats, grow lights of every spectrum to sow veggie/flower seeds & seedlings. The first bees of the year venture out in March & I always try to have flowers for them.
