The trailer I loaded back to Toronto

This is the trailer I brought back on my deck after the driver hit a bridge. You can see where he ripped the swingarm away from the slider. It was on one side so the trailer was running badly out of line.
The shop wanted to know if it could be driven. The black specks are the remnants of the inside tyres. The white blob is one of the wheelrims we had to cut off as the wheelstuds were hidden behind bent steel.
Last 2 pics are my lovely load to Pennsylvania

This was the load. Doesn’t look such of a much but it was ■■■■■■■■■■ in places.

That driver (?) made a fair job of that trailer then bobthedog - enough to make a transport manager eat his young!

And that’s a very smart wide load, too. Specially love the flags down the side

Did you notice the dainty little outrigger lights on there, and the flasher in the centre of the trailer?

You have never seen such a pain in the ■■■ as those lights. The rear ones kept getting wet and blowing the bulbs to bits.

As for the trailer, accidents happen. I was really concerned that they would make a scapegoat of the driver as it is classed as avoidable. Turns out they aren’t going to.

Funnily enough, they aren’t routing the wides that way anymore.
