Only just started reading them. I see your point, but don’t all insurers try to wriggle out of paying claims?
4 years ago I phoned towergates hull office and left my number for someone to phone me back, then I emailed through all my details and even took the trouble to include a ‘fact finder’ kind of form, and they didn’t even have the decency to ring me back, maybe a 15k renewal just isn’t worth they’re time, I certainly wouldn’t approach them again, mind you I find the same from truck salesmen, you ring them and they are gonna come back to you with a price and you never hear from them again…
