Nick, I asked for the 2 days next Friday and the Friday after. The more driving time the better as far as I’m concerned and I can ask to cover more test routes, I wish I’d had the extra lessons before tbh but never mind I have test procedure experience now and I know that it’s not as bad as I thought it’d be.
The test itself isnt that bad. I found the reverse to be OK and the questions before were fine I think it was just the pressure I put myself under!

I’m not feeling too bad about the bus stop thing and won’t beat myself up about it. I thought I was coming to a safe stop behind a blue transit sat in a layby, I just didn’t realise there was a bus stop at the back of the van until I committed myself and pulled in. I pulled as far forward as I could as soon as I realised but it wasn’t a suitable place so hey-ho my bad.
Oh forgot to say my show me, tell me’s were tyres (pressure and condition), digital tachograph operation, how to check wipers, front and rear lights, audible warning devices and how to operate the tail-lift so 6 questions, hmmm didn’t realise that at the time! I feel as though I had a good roasting all round rofl.

Thanks Sam, I’ve got my test first thing so hopefully I won’t be hanging around the test centre for too long.

I had my retest at half 8 on a Saturday morning. Was quite foggy but the roads weren’t too busy which I think helped a bit
I think it’s going to rain here on Sarturday Nick but I don’t mind, it should be quieter here also so fingers crossed it’ll all go smoothly.
I’ve got a 3 hour lesson tomorrow too so it’s all good
You will be fine got my c+e test on the 27th of this month start me training on the 23rd and I can’t wait

I had a few lessons in with a few showers but nothing bad. It seemed a lot easier for the lorry to steam up then
Nowt wrong with a bit of rock but please set to " Truck crash bed " or enter sandman
