When I did food service there were a couple of underground car parks under the banks which were pretty tight in a 18t. Obviously it was where the top guys parked so there were no cheap cars down there.

There’s a small underground multi storey car park in Monte Carlo and it descends like a cork screw and that held a severe amount of moneys worth as the first half dozen floors were residents parking only, although a lot of them had covers on their cars you could make out that they were all Ferrari or Lamborghini type cars.

Oops not using my there/their/etc correctly. No I did food service in the centre of London.

The Knightsbridge Appartments theknightsbridge.com/reception have two levels of underground car park underneath with each space costing £150k per year.
The car park is full of seriously expensive cars but also has a surprising amount of old cars worth no more than £3k, apparently the flat owners as so rich they pay for a space for their nanny to have a car for when they’re in London for the summer.
The same company built One Hyde Park which is even more expensive so I would hate to know how much a space is there!
