no driving break but at the 6 hours driving & work combined point need 15 mins for RT(WTD)R as well as another 15 mins before end of shift for same reason

If you need a weekly rest because you have driven under EU rules in the week it would obviously be at the end of your fifth shift

You forgot to set the mode switch to rest so have recorded 45 hours of other work, unlikely to lead to being parked up as the error would be obvious. You used the vehicle to go to the supermarket/bar/restaurant/swimming pool/brothel during the weekend and the driving shows you did not get 45 hours of uninterrupted rest.
