50-100 witnesses lift a double deck bus off of a cyclist it had run over.
I thought they might have just rocked it a bit but if you watch the front they fully lift it and turn it!
Nice to see strangers can still come together in times of need to help each other.

I know these people done this with good intentions and probably as an instinct reaction, but I’m sure I’ve read that lifting a heavy object that may be trapping someone can be a bad thing to do. The trauma can cause toxins in the blood and lifting the object from the victim can cause them to travel round the body with fatal consequences.

Crushed blood vessels cause the small amount of blood trapped in the “pinch” to die, and turn into, well, ■■■■ basically.
The Uric Acid buildup is what often leads to loss of limbs. Too much of it in the bloodstream also leads to “Crush Syndrome” which is what causes kidney failure, and death from crush injuries.

The bus operator and TFL are hoping to put on a repeat performance tomorrow if they can choose a better candidate amongst the uni cycle riders.By all accounts this one was only a last minute stand in with obvious results.The bus was obviously faster than he was.While the audience only lifted the bus off him because they were trying to get their money back for the zb performance.
