they light the olympic torch in greece. then it makes its way to wherever the event is being staged, this time it’s london as we all bloody well know.
so the fella jogs his way up from greece, probably passing the torch to someone else on the way. what route does he take?
straight up through the commi block? across on the ferry to italy? is he allowed through the mont blanc with a lit torch? does he go by ferry, or on the train to england?
well with the smoking ban, and all the health and safety, i can’t see them letting him eat his dinner on the spirit of britain with a lit torch.
if anyone sees him try to pass prety close, and blow the flame out.
we’ve got the olimpic torch near here, but it won’t be on public view 
so can’t try and blow it out, but i could try to run the vehicle carring it off the road… only joking, but still what a waste of time and money this spectical is…

Is it just me who thinks it would be hilarious for someone to have a fire extinguisher handy just before he gets to Stratford■■? 
They had a rehearsal for it a few weeks ago near Melton Mowbray and it was absolute bedlam for about 8 hours!!
Find the route and avoid it like the plague!!

well i’m not far away, and that fire extinguisher idea might just happen.

It blew out before it even left the field where it was lit. What we’ve got now is a second hand flame
The flame was lit while on the plane from Greece,said on the radio that a man from the “Met”,was trained up to use the fire extinguisher,if the plane hit turbelence it could caught on fire.
No flammables,matches,lighters and so on allowed in the plane but a naked flame is ok?
