I think they have made it worse 
Im not a great fan of it, but if they lost the big silver bit with Daf written on it, it would improve it.
Gone down the Merc route,but haven’t quite managed it. 
The towel rails on the front might be popular though. 
Looks like it has mental health issues, very half arsed.

Looks like when the Chinese re hash old euro designs. Realistically how long can they keep re hashing the old cabtec design.
Still think merc is the one to beat of all the new designs.
i think its hard to try and revamp something as perfect as the 105 for space. the outside looks diabolical though. 
It looks like they designed the front to look like the face of the sperm whale!

I don’t like it, Dafs are supposed to have square lines and this has too many curves.

As said before the new Merc Actros is my favourite of the new trucks as of late.
The new Volvo looks good aswell but its too similar to the old one.
I do like the new DAF i think it will a few years before i get to drive one

amazed how an update can end up being worse than the original.
i think dafs success with the original s.s.c was they asked the driver what they wanted.
they listened, and got it right. this new thing is pig ugly, but if the interior is ok, then they may be alright.

BUT, as a driver, the outside is a little inconsequential - although it was nice when I stopped to do a delivery outside a DAF dealers and the salesman came out to have a ‘look at the competition’.
BUT, I’ve drove MANY older Actros’ from 02 plate upto 61 plate, and then a NEW actros 62 plate, and prefer out 61 plates for a few reasons.
The 62 plate DID fix a few of my comments about the older Actros, but introduced new complaints

Dafs normally look pretty hard, like a proper truck for men, closest thing to an ERF you could get nowadays. Not anymore.
