Is this possibly the most annoying video vigilante ever? Their all ■■■■■■■ annoying, but this guy takes it to a new level and is one of the most obnoxious “thinks he knows it all” morons ive ever heard

Im pretty sure its the same guy from the other thread when he had a go at the guys in the safety van parked on double yellows.
If you click this ■■■■ name and look at his page it seems he spends all him time walking round town centres looking for something to film,if he got a job he would have something else to fill his time I guess.
If you look at the comments someone actually tells him that by posting the video he may have saved someone’s life!!!
That’s what we’re up against,whilst he gets that sort of "encouragement"he won’t stop!
Why did the lad in the van get involved with the clown with the camera, i’m now tempted to go in to town to see if I can get filmed ,may be a short film though …though it may be the only chance to see a blue sky
Why do people go about filming people ■■? And if someone films you (a) Don’t they need your permission (b) Are you not entitled to a copy ■■? (c)Is he allowed to then post it on social media ■■? By the way I don’t know the answer im hoping someone on here does…

I’m guessing they are allowed to film you in a public place, but are not allowed to broadcast it without your permission. If they do broadcast it without your permission, or you decline permission, are they not maybe meant to blank out your face like they do on TV?
I too would like to see the video when he eventually films the wrong guy. Alot of nutjobs in Glasgow who wouldn’t think twice of letting him swim with the fish in the Clyde.
I actually quite like this vigilante, as he seems to go more for ‘officials’ than regular folks in the street.
If he were to select me for video capture though, I would politely say, “sorry I can’t understand a word you are saying, I am assuming you are East European, I don’t speak those languages so cannot help you. If you want the benefit office perhaps someone local may help you… sorry”.

Yeah but let’s be honest, there have always been nutters and oddballs out there (did someone mention Stobart spotters). If you work in a public arena (as opposed to inside a factory etc), then you are going to encounter all sorts out there. Part of life’s rich tapestry and care in the community.
Far worse for me, are the clowns trying to sell charity subscriptions that block your path and harass you. The chuggers as they are called.

Yep, If he had any balls at all he would go and sit on the top deck of a bus going from Castlemilk, Easterhouse, Drumchapel or Milton into the town on a Friday/Saturday night with his phone

Exactly, have seen 2-3 of his videos only picks on people who are at work, if they say anything they are out a job, if they do anything they’re in jail. Pick on the people who don’t have jobs and are fine with jail… oh wait, he’d get his head kicked up and down Westerhouse Rd.
Had enough of these badass internet heroes who point a camera like it’s a gun, one of these days he will pull his phone out all high and mighty, stick it in the wrong face and he will be the one rushed to A+E.
We all seen the video of the guy who captured a big Audi/BM/Merc speeding around and I think he overtook someone on a roundabout going onto a bridge or something, anyway the hero caught up with him and rolled his window down and says “You’re on camera!!!” and the big german motor chased him onto the pavement… then the video stopped.

Wrong person at the wrong time.
That’s the thing about that ■■■■. He seems to have a problem with the whole system. He then takes it out on the people who are just out to earn a living enforcing the laws of the land. As you say, if someone reacts, they are out of a job. Ironically, the system he seems to have such a problem with then ends up looking after him as a victim. The sooner he picks on the wrong person, the better IMO.
Like these vigilante people if I didn’t have a proper job, or life, or had never kissed a girl, I’d buy myself a bicycle and strap a big ■■■ camera on the front. A real old box browny movie camera looking thing with lights. Maybe a stonking big microphone on a boom. One of those big fury turd shaped ones that looks like John Major’s draft excluder. Yes, that’s what I’d do.
I’d find one of these toy town pinnochios sticking their wooden noses into someones business. I’d sit back whilst they were mid way though their act - filming, issuing legal threats, wimpering to Siri to call their dial-a-boyfriend at the cop shop, then I’d wait some more.
Only after they’d finished and smugly pedalled off would I spring into action from the metaphorical bush, pedalling after them with my comedy sized movie camera filming them, visible for all to see. I’d follow them all day. I’d wait outside their work, I’d unclip the camera and follow them into the shops and film them shopping. I’d film outside their house, maybe film their bathroom and yell “I know you’re taking a crap. The mic on this ■■■■■■■ can pick the sound up!!”. Sure they’d whine and winge, but I’d point out I’m just carrying out civic duty making sure they don’t break the rules. I’d leave a kind note pointing out ill be around the next day.
