Bit of a ramble but agree that the structure of the DCPC is a joke, designed to generate income not to further education.
As much as I dislike the DCPC and see it as a money making scam, and as much as I dislike the way the EU operates, I have to say this bloke is an idiot and a boring idiot at that 
Frankly if that bloke was just a bit more intelligent he’d be a fool
I could have spent that 10 minutes and 26 seconds doing something more interesting like watching paint dry
