The Harry Gill Fan Club!

hiya,
Dave the present tablets finish on Thursday but not a lot of improvement as yet
if not cleared up by then will have to go back for a repeat prescription or make
an appointment to get a different type of tablet by seeing the doctor, I seem to
spend my life trailing back and forth to the doctors or the hospital, this getting
old isn’t a lot of fun is it.
thanks harry, long retired.

a lot of it is down to the doctor harry , our lass had a bad bladder infection last spring , the doctor gave her 5 days antibiotics for it . first week of our holidays it recurred , so she saw the local gp up there . she told the doc what she had been given and the scottish gp wasn’t impressed , not strong enough or long enough was his comment . he gave her a 7 day course of strong antibiotics and it cleared up and didn’t return . it might be different with your medical history , but the doctors do seem to take a very softly softly approach these days . hurry up and get better before they have to start laying staff off at the distilleries , cheers , dave

It’s OK, H, I bought an extra bottle today so the distilleries will still be in business when you’re able to partake again.

now you know what friends are for harry , they will all be getting ■■■■■■ helping you ,

I had antibiotics about a month ago for a week plus steroids which didn’t clear the lurgy that I had.Went back and got a second weeks antibiotics and more steroids which did clear it up.
So stick with it Harry, you will get it sorted mate.
Cheers Dave.

hiya,
Larry, I think it’s going to be a while before I can have a drink, after three
weeks of antibiotics there hasn’t been much improvement so it looks like I
will have to make another doctor’s appointment and see what he’s going to
do now, he must be sick of the sight of me.
thanks harry, long retired.

Sorry to hear that Harry, But if the worst comes to the worst you can allways use a bit of WD 40 to get your taste buds flowing, Eh , PS For the non whiskey drinkers WD 40 pc volume, Eh , Regards Larry.

I’m away back to the hospital on Saturday morning for cataract surgery on my other eye, can’t wait, the first eye has been a great success.
Stick with it Mr. Gill, as stated, ask the vet for something a bit stronger to get the job sorted. As my doctor friend said to me once "people come through the surgery door and think we doctors know everything,… we don’t.
Don’t be shy of asking him where your job is going, tell him your “disappointed” with the slow progress.
Stick with it and all will be well.

hope all goes well brian , is sandy going to be there for you ?
