Hiya,
At my last hospital visit I had nearly an hour to kill before appointment time, so I visited the
hospital café at the next table to me sat two “grey suits” clipboards on the table not talking
medical business but discussing the fortunes of Newcastle United in about half an hour went
to my department got seen and prodded and about an hour later began to leave the hospital
having to pass the café (open plan) place and yes the two grey suits where still there, bring
back the old matron she ruled the roost and kept things moving.
thanks harry, long retired.

She can please herself tomorrow, I’m off to London on a ■■■■ up…(oops, sorry  ) it’s a Jolly Boys Outing for a pre Christmas drink. An annual event.
No wife in tow, cheap advance first class rail travel, should be a decent day. I’ve booked my staff to collect me from the station on my return. :stuck_out_tongue:

Hiya,
Not necessarily Trev, if it was somebody else’s motor and he hadn’t turned in and I hadn’t
yet set off it might just have been “pristine” ( now there’s a word not often associated
with a B.R.S motor ) you’d have to await my return to see a true “Harry motor”. How are
you doing Trev ■■ long time no speak hoping you, the Good Lady and all your family have
a very good Christmas and Santa grants your every wish, all the best mate.

Hiya,
I worked for many hauliers in my time “old 67” but I genuinely can’t remember where the wash
was at any of them, I didn’t do washing, in the yard park up hand in the paperwork get to know
to know what was on tomorrow and across to the pub before going home, if the Guvnor wanted
a shiny motor get the yard man to shine it I’d had the thing all day and it was a tool for my job
not my hobby or the love of my life, I did work for one haulier who used to park my tractor on
the wash alongside his Jag and always early on a Sunday morning he used to wash both motors
he never once mentioned it to me and I didn’t want to spoil his pleasure, I once drove my car
past the yard and there he was oilskins and wellies and I swear I detected a smile on his face.
thanks harry, long retired.
