Yes , sums are easy 70x£13 + 4 x£25 , but the last 3 weeks have been shorter hours so more like £900 ( though last week they forgot to pay night outs , expenses so less
again this week mon 15,tues 15 so could well be 1 k this week , and at 59 you’d expect to have paid mortgage off , no debts ( cars etc paid cash ) + a mrs who earns a good wage helps , so yes it’s pocket money
Nb do remember before you apply for a full time agency driver with stobarts , 12 % is deducted from your wage every week for hol pay , you get no sick pay , you get no enhanced rate for stating before 6 or after 18.00 , you pay for your cpc , uniform etc
So adding it all up I’d say your no better off fincially than a company driver , but obviously it’s not as embarrassing when asked , saying your on £13 ph instead of 9.75 ( or whatever it is )
I only do it as the hols suit me , I can have them when I like , not too many off or none from dec - 1st week in jan if employed

Only problem with your wages is your doing 2 weeks work hours wise in one week to earn a weeks money, pocket money my ■■■ no one would Work those hours If they didn’t have to mind you from your posts you probably won’t live to spend it
