But they certainly failed to report it internationally and take adequate measures to prevent transmission.

Actually, the international lorry driving side of Covid has become easier over the past few months. No need to even fill in “UK Traveller Locator Forms” anymore.
All arriving drivers still need to take a Day2 swab test… but with no Locator Form… Yeah, right…
