This Test report Sheet is used for all DSA tests so there are some sections which are not used on the LGV test.
I always find one of these invaluable during training.
I have always parked up for an hour and gone over the sheet with the trainee over a cuppa so that they know exactly what the examiner is looking for,
It sure helps to de-mystify the whole process.
Notice that the gear change is still on the form, even though it’s been discontinued.
Wouldn’t usually nitpick about such a minor detail - but I also notice that there is a section on Eco Safe Driving - is this going to be snuck into tests later with little notice? Seems strange to add this to a form that looks to be in need of an update. Forewarned is forearmed
Strange that I didn’t notice these seemingly little points on my form which is identical to the above - only with 5 “scars” on it!
I didn’t see a copy of this form before passing my C - but I can offer an opinion about how helpful it is when I go for my C+E later this year.
Actually to be fair the DL25 form shown above was the January 2006 diagram, so therefore at the time it was drawn-up for official use the format would of been correct.

I can’t remember where I have the information from, but I think from this September time examiners will comment on Eco-driving and if they consider a candidate to not be driving in an Eco way they will give them a leaflet explaining about it.
Eventually I expect that it will be a point of failure, but no more information about when.
It is true examiners will mark Eco driving for LGV/PCV and only comment on it come Sept, the markwill NOT count towards the Driving Fault total.
The DL25 is a generic form used for all testing and Eco is marked for ADi’s in the same way described above as of now.
i have no doubt it will become part of the test for everyone in the future, but advanced warning is always given. Just because someone doesn’t know about any changes doesn’t equate to no information not being made available.
As for the Gear Change would you like the DSA to destroy thousands (at my centre alone we hold 4,000) just because an exercise is no longer carried out? The tree huggers would be rioting!!!
The DL25 in use today is slightly different in that it has ADLI (Automatic Driving Licence Issue) crosses on the bottom left.

Na you could get my old company to come shred them (Shredit) and they will give you a nice recipt to tell you how many trees you have saved
