The car in front is a Toyota

Happened at the end of my street this dinnertime.

not sure why it’s loaded the picture sideways ! :frowning:

At first I thought the blue car(micra?) would be 100% at fault but looking at the road markings I reckon the Toyota could be at fault.

My money is on the Toyota driver not looking at road markings and presuming he had priority.

In my world, “The car in front is a Toyota” has always meant “The car in front, being driven by a hat-wearing ditherer and which is impeding your progress and generally getting in the way is a bloody Toyota!”

Female Asian driver, not a retired oap wearing a trilby with a taetan rug on the back seat. The toyota is on Eaves lane, Chadderton,Oldham, entering Raven avenue. She’s done what a few drivers do, doesn’t realise the road bends to the left, and it’s a right turn into Raven Avenue.

Not looking properly. There’s a racist spin to that if you’re so inclined, but I’m not.

I see the sweeper’s sharp on the scene to clear up the bits…

Wouldn’t surprise me if they tried to blame the truck driver for it

Doesn’t matter who’s at fault, fact, 2 pieces of Japanese crap off the road. Road sweeper closely followed by a Skip Lorry and a JCB, to get shot of the evidence that they even existed ASAP

Giving me a stiff neck …

On a serious note, I reckon they’re both at fault. If I was driving the blue car I’d have been expecting some berk to go straight through there. Also, the blue car hit the red one near the arse end. Says it all really. My uncle albion will be along soon to back me up.

But then if you really look, the blue one hit the red one just behind the headlight first.

Yes both as bad as each other, it usually takes two pieces of crap driving to cause an accident and this is a good example … but i reckon in law it will be the red cars fault and their insurance will be paying.

Yeah you’re right, but if I’d been driving the blue car I’d lay money that I wouldn’t have hit the other one.
