The Breakdown in Law and Order

Whilst America seems to be ahead of the curve on this subject, as they tend to be in many areas - we don’t have the benefit of the 2nd ammendment in this country to protect ourselves from gangs of mauding criminals of ANY colour, “faith”, or country of origin.

I’m no Racist, nor a Bigot nor even a Nationalist as such - but I draw the line at Crime.

I hate criminals with a passion.

There are two definitions of a criminal in my mind:

Somone who without legal reason steals your property, or relieves you of wealth sufficiently to cause hardship
and/or
Somone who harms, tries to harm, or wishes to harm any member of my family - regardless of reason, legal or not".

There cannot ever BE a justified reason why it’ll ever be a correct course of action to perpetrate a crime against another human being.

The exception to this is “Judicially” of course. If we give up the right to punish criminals with actions that WILL make them less wealthy, less healthy, or even less alive - then we’ve entered world anarchy for the first and final time.

Who’s to say that any history prior to 4000bc wasn’t erased having got even higher in technical advancement that we have right now? - Until it was brought down by the global catastrophe that is global anarchy.?

In a world where people wish to be increasingly judged by the consequences of their actions, rather than mere intent that merely doesn’t come to pass, - doesn’t it make sense for all justice to be meted out according to the actual damage caused one upon another?

Here’s some examples:

You wish to pull down a statue that offends you, but don’t actually do it.
Fair sentence? - No Crime of “intent”, so no sentence at all.

You succeed in pulling down a statue that offends you.
Fair sentence? - Criminal Damage, a hefty Fine, or ordered to clean it up/restore said vandalized statue as part of “Community Service”.

You attack a perceived Right Winger guarding the statue, killing them in the process.
Fair sentence? - Murder, life impisonment.

You attack a police officer trying to move you on away from the statue, maiming them in the process.
Fair sentence? - GBH with Intent - 10-12 years.

You attend an illegal gathering where others commit the crimes depicted above, but you don’t individually partake of, but failed to prevent neither.
Fair sentence? - ■■?

When our illustrious government fills in that big blank above - Let’s hope they get straight back to us with their intent on how to proceed now.

The Common Enemy of ALL people in the free world is “Anarchy” where any criminal can do whatever they like to everyone one else, free of virtue, beyond justice, above the law, and beyond policing.

Let’s NOT let that happen. Lobby your MP or whatever colour - lest you become the random next victim of these thugs…

Although we do not have the 2nd Amendment, as I understand the current Law, Chief Police Officers should issue a Permit for a Shotgun to any person with no criminal record on request (they can require secure storage to be installed). If they refuse, the applicant can take his case to Magistrates where the Police have to present reasons why he should not be granted a Shotgun Certificate.

Firearms other than shotguns are not so easy to acquire legally, but it is commonly rumoured that illegal ones are widely available, as the large number of seizures from criminals shows.

Not suggesting we should all equip ourselves with these items right now, but clay-pigeon and target shooting are safe and interesting pastimes, clubs for which are to be found in all areas. (or were till the lockdown).

I don’t think we should be tooling up ourselves in this country, because at the present the main weapons of the Frenzied Mob are fear, intimidation, and menace (actual or implied) rather than actual shock assult tactics.

What we should be more wary of - is turning a blind eye to what is going on around us. Not much point reporting stuff the the police if they are not even going to show up (unless you say "I’ve got a gun and I’m bigotedly threatening a Muslim immigrant LGTB individual going about their peaceful protesting…)

Perhaps what we might be more able to do is record evidence of wrong-doing that you see in public. Get a dashcam for your vehicle - if you don’t have one already.
Point a camera at your property so it looks down on the yard inside the property, rather than out in the road, where idiot liberals against being “spied up” might otherwise object.
DON’T walk by on the other side if you see anything suspicious.

You can’t help the police so much, as they seem incapable of helping themselves, as it stands - two hands tied behind their backs by overly-liberal high command “politics and ethics”.

Perhaps things would improve with some changes at the top there?

A major cause of this problem is how the TV channels especially and some of the press cover these disgraceful mobs.

Giving them publicity encourages them, mob psychology works that way, “hey,look, we made News at 10! Lead story on BBC!”

The (anti)social media is also key to organising these “loot, vandalise and attack cops, all welcome” gatherings, shut down these media and numbers would be drastically reduced, as likely attenders wouldn’t know where and when to turn up unless told by personal phone calls or word of mouth.

I won’t hold my breath waiting for effective action, this country is ****ed compared to how it used to be IMO.

Yep, notice how if someone is known to be NOT a Leftie, they are automatically “Far Right” regardless of what faction they really belong to, - if one at all.
Every flare-up that doesn’t happen - is a damp squib for any would-be RIght March, but a victory for lefties “Keeping the peace” if they happen to be there too.

I dunno why the authorities bother. Having some Farage MPs at Westminster would have got rid of so-called “Far Right Activism” for all time - but with no representation, it stands to make a come back that just wouldn’t have happened without the traditional British Bloody-Mindedness pushing back as we tend to do when poltiicans try to “herd” us and put us all into boxes…

The damage is already done in any case.
The Left can flout the law as much as they like, the Right - cannot.

Who now gets blamed for the next Black on Black killing, or Antifa on Labour Taxpayer violence, or Exctinct Rebellion vs General Public “disruptions”…?
