The Amazing Mind-Reading Trick!

This amazing little trick will work on anybody (except for those who have heard it before)

To appreciate its effect, go through the following simple stages yourself, one at a time. Make sure you get the maths right, or it wont work. Dont go on to the next stage until you have completed the current one.

OK, here we go…

Think of a number between 2 and 10.

Multiply it by 9.

This will give you a two-digit number. Add the two digits together.

Subtract 5.

Convert that number into a letter- ie 1=A, 2=B, 3=C etc.

Think of a country beginning with that letter.

Take the second letter of that country`s name. Think of an animal which begins with that letter.

Now imagine the colour of that animal.

Time now to show off your amazing talents. Pause for a few seconds, look deeply thoughtful and then say…

“You are thinking of a grey elephant from Denmark”

Nice one Vince. After some considered thought I came up with Djibouti, but the first country I thought of WAS Denmark.
