Those people who ran out of the building on the left were lucky, it looks like the crane just missed the building.

Look closer and just to the left of the highlighted circle and right of the bottom leg of the crane, there’s a little white van that’s off like it’s been carjacked!

Each and every one of them run over by the van or wagon driver getting the hell out of there.
