It has been reported that the incident was caused by bad driving… From whom I have no idea…

Looking at the pictures, one of them shows the drivers area remarkably intact, shows how good crumple zones and body strength have become… Poss could have got out alive…
condolences to the family(s) involved. like someone posted on another topic the crash could of been a whole lot worse though had those fuel tankers god forbid exploded on impact in a massive fire ball 
hope the stobart trucks pulls through. 
The guy that died in the accident,was a serving Police officer from the Northumbria force,and was a colleague of my brother in law,who is also in the same force as a traffic cop.
My brother in law was only talking to him hours earlier at work…
it just goes to show that you don’t know what’s around the next corner.
