Got to go there in the morning, but don’t have a id card. Where do i need to go for the day pass?
if you go to the Drivers Reception where you have to book in, take with you 2 forms of I.D. and they will issue you with a RHIDES card there and then, this will be valid for Thamesport and Felixstowe.
if you need anymore info, PM me 
you have to have your company regestered to get issued with a rhides card but if you have photo id you will still get you box on/off for how long i dont know!

shuts at 9pm in the week and as far as i know its about 7 on a friday…i love the women in there especially Iris,she goes out of her way to make me blush. 
…they are all lovely people up there which is nice.

Been a while since I did boxes, but it was my favourite port, they would seriously try and do their best if paperwork was not in order, were always smartly dressed, polite and proffesional, and you were dealt with face to face over a counter, in contrast to Tilbury where slobish grotty looking individuals skulked behind an equaly grotty sheet of glass with a vocabulary consisting of about 5 grunted words, non of which were please or thankyou, and their sole aim was to find an excuse not to book you in so they could get back to watching daytime TV that was constantly on in the background

Yeah especially when you miss your VBS because your stuck in a friggin queue to get on the slots allocation squawk box. I almost got banned when I told them that instead of watching TV maybe they should be keeping an eye on the security cameras, well, not in so many words 
, because they told me there wasn’t a queue. Funny, I wonder what I had been doing for the hour previous. Also makes me wonder how come they wont service you once your on the slot if you havent got your sidelights and hazzards going, they’ll do you in all the rest of the docks without that going on.
Don’t even get me started on 43 berth
