He’s been watching i robot again although they’re much improved from the last lot but still way behind the robotics at Boston Dynamics, Tesla investor day has to have something flash to keep the fan bois happy, I noticed they didn’t do a live performance of them though.
I dare say he’ll be employing them for the dirty job of dismantling/recycling the used battery traction packs in the future.

Tesla are ‘young’ in the robotics game. Respect to Boston Dynamics who have been operating since 1992.

If Elon can build rockets that can launch and land, I daresay making robots do simple tasks will be childs-play.

Two arms? Two legs?
Why?

It might be better for films and for basic human programming, and might be better for operating machines pre-designed for a human operator, but I doubt it is the optimum specification.
Wait a wee while until AI starts getting into gear…!

But ref “I Robot” Asimov was asking a lot of pertinent questions. As was Phillip K ■■■■.
