Had to reverse out anywhere in that situation. The barrier lifts, I drive in, I turn it around and go out.
Is that grocery ? I always thought it was 1/2 hr since you had to book in at barrier , if it doesn’t let you in push goods in button , they’ll either let you in to go back out or if not busy put you on bay

For future… if you’re early and they won’t let you in, especially overnight, you should be able to just dump the truck in the parking bays on the right and wait your time out.
