I worked there 4 years ago on agency and it was all fridge work, mostly night shifts, i was starting at 3am and finishing around 12pm and was usually the last one back in the yard
the longer shifts start around 8pm
Normal shift was a full load to a big store and then back for a short trailer with 2 or 3 drops to express stores or garages collecting waste, cages,dollies on both trips and helping to tip it when you got back
3 weeks was enough for me
