Hi there any one out there been for a a driving assessment and aptitude test for tescos its for a shunting job… any feed back would be great…

ive done the shunting assessment, you really cant fail it tbh if its anything like mine,
They basically show you how to work the tug. then they get you to drive around with a trailer on, then a few reverses, blind and good side. you dont have to be the best at reversing you just have to show you can do it without any major problems.
even if your not the best at reversing give it a while on the shunters youll be better pretty quickly.
Hi, l’ve done one… had to do a multiple choice similar to the one you would have done for your HGV,think you need to get over 86%, then go out with an assessor for a drive then back in the yard for some reversing, pretty normal stuff really, good luck l am sure you will be fine

thats the delivery assessment, he was talking about the shunting one, theres no multiple choice, u just drive for about an hour thats it.
