I have just found a job advert online for Tesco Avonmouth and was wondering what the pay was like
I do occasionally work out of Avonmouth for one of Tescos contractors but get the feeling the Tesco drivers are on better money than me because they get paid by the hour.

I know that Tesco Livingston pay their drivers up to £32k a year. With pretty good benefits attached also. I did subcontract work for Tesco and I found it a pretty good place to work.

Tesco is a zb company to work for…! How desperate are you drive? One thing for sure is you won’t be on the old contract that’s said to pay well, you’ll be on a new one which is advertised to potentially earn up to £32k a year, basic hourly is around £9.75/hour then the usual time & a quarter bs, staff discount, pension, shares etc thrown in. You’ll work any 5 from 7 so that means lots of weekends & you’ll also be driving some zb’tty Axor that can barely do 50mph:evil:

Because ( I’m on hourly pay) if I do a 6 hr shift I get paid 101/2 hrs,if I do 50 mph everywhere and the job takes 7 hrs I still get paid 101/2 hrs .why would I want to work a extra hour for nothing

Because if you keep doing 6 hr shifts they’ll eventually cut your pay

Stobart drivers are on 101 hour weeks now■■? 
they need to work 101 hours to make up for the crap pay

Do keep up, I posted before you did…and yep I’m fine, just had a nice relaxing 3 weeks holiday with 2 weeks in the Caribbean thrown in for good measure
