has anyone here tried giving a contract or terms of engagement to an agency?
did the agency sign it?

daily/shift pay
night, sat, sun rate
overtime
minimum hours to be paid
Breaks to be paid
finish time confirmation

Tried it many times, depending on the agency/contract I amend it to suit.
Euro:

No … no ones ever intentionally signed.
I`ve even been given the “how dare you” treatment.
Now I just include within the small print, “by being given a copy of my terms, you by default, duly accept my terms of business” then I leave a copy on the table & tell them to keep a copy with my file. If they bin it … tough
