Ten hour nigh rule

my mate was told by is company that vosa are saying that if you do not have a workforce agreement in place on the 10 hour night rule you are alowed to do it once in the week but no more .

now i have told him that its seams a bit iffy, a bit like MMTM(credit to coffeeholic for that )anyone know of this as i can’t find any thing like it anywhere

Would suggests that the Transport Manager goes and has another word with VOSA.

With no ‘opt out’ in place the limit for night time work is 10 hours in a 24 hour period. There is no; ‘you can do it (insert number of times per week) and help us out’ option.
