Just looked on Hgvpatking.com and Aston Street in Shiffnel looks a good bet not far away from Telford pal.
TF11 8DW is the postcode. Says it’s a Co Op car park where you can get 10 trucks on and it’s free and town centre is close by.

I’d say your best bet is to keep driving.
I’ve used the co op car park, it says no o/n parking but stayed a few times no bother. Some nice pubs up the high street plenty of take aways if you don’t cook.
