Agency.

Agency lol …or company that invests in bonuses not staff training .don’t use them unless your rickety boat has holes in .if you do don’t blame agency for driving a sinking ship…

Radar19:
Guessing he took the roundabout too fast and the load moved sending him over.

you are a total ■■■■ for your information a taxi was going around the rounderbout the wrong way and he was nicked

Crikey fella! Radar did say he was guessing.

must of still been travelling to fast to maintan full control of the vehicle for any event

Wind your neck in lad!

Oh and some punctuation would have been useful in your rather aggressive post. [emoji29]

Here we have it all. Agency comments. Seen with his big standard stobart comment. Know it all replies. Trucknet theories. Possibly some facts. Ignored possible facts. Then to top it all some ■■■■■■■■■ getting their handbags in a twist.

Oh and the punctuation police reared their heads too.

Excellent work chaps.

But we were missing a condescending overview!

Oooooosh!!! Have that Happysack, lol.

A simple google of the registration number, clearly visible in the video tells us its a Simmonds transport wagon.

As for the cause of the roll over, if a taxi was going the wrong way around the roundabout thats good cause for a bit of harsh steering and braking. But I cant see any straps in the back of that wagon. Its possible that they have slipped in the tip over but a good cross strap at the back of the load would still be visible.

I don’t think he had the load properly secured, but I wasn’t there, I don’t have access to the truck to check and I’m gonna withhold a guilty verdict until such time as I do. TNUK CSI I aint, armchair expert I am.

Come on kids let’s ask what sat nav and dash cam he was using.

Ok, What sat nav and dash cam was he using?

Bet it was a TomTom.

No I think it was an eBay one that told him to alter lanes so he did and fell over. Case closed.

Sloppy punctuation = sloppy attitude to your work [emoji36]

So essentially, what I’ve gleaned from this post, the cause of the accident was a taxi cab driver went where he shouldn’t, without his ■■■■■■■■?

:open_mouth:

Why are so called professional drivers still in 2015 taking loads unsecured?
I thought the DCPC fiasco was in force to spoon feed the more moronic drivers on how to do their job a little bit more professionally :unamused:

I mean, the authority’s even made it a little bit easy for truck drivers by not asking multiple choice questions for instance.
It seems when they isn’t even a test to pass, professional drivers still can’t get it right.

Sorry mate but no, I’m 44, did the periodic CPC, chose ADR, and never been shown how to strap or secure a load. Not a sausage!

Doesn’t mean I don’t know how to do it, I’m just saying that someone doesn’t HAVE to be shown that stuff with the current CPC crap!

^^^^^^^^*
You choosed ADR and nothing was mentioned on the safe transportation of dangerous goods, during your ADR training?
Maybe you need to check you ADR credentials :unamused:

Nope, check the overview of my ADR course. Should I do ADR as 28 hours of CPC - NEW AND WANNABE DRIVERS (INTERACTIVE) - Trucknet UK

Not a single word about how you secure a load.
Basically the closest we got was to segregate things, i.e. never on your life, put other hazardous things with, or next to oxidizers.

There isn’t a single bit about the theoretical, or practical aspects of securing a load.
As an ADR expert, I’m sure DieselDave can confirm that.

But ADR is not the issue, it’s the fact that a Newbie can enter the industry with no training about securing a load!
