Sure he is, 
, but I’ll bet if it was to go for that, it would mysteriously be lost/broken/unavailable for other reasons.
(lost/broken is an option on ebay for ending an aution early and cancelling any bids).
But, other watchers would sneak in at the last minute to try and get their hands on it for 3k+a bit extra, and then it goes up and up.
