Tavistock to Launceston

After some advice from those who know the area better than me. What’s the best route? A386/A30, A390/B3362 or A390/A388. I’m in an artic running at 14’6. Thanks in advance

Personally I would do a390 and b3362. Better road than the a388 and the views on the 3362 are pretty great.
