Guys, I recently became proud owner of an old isse of “Truck” magazine (precisely #1/1982) which features an article on Tatra 148 tipper working at “Hemington Quarry in Nottinghamshire” (perhaps that gravel pit off A50, north of East Midlands airport?).
The operator was Brian Lewis’s company “Four Square Trucking”. Googling for either lead to nothing so here I am: any ideas what happened to that company? Anybody knows somebody working/living there or nearby who might have a pic/experience/comment?
The importer was Tatra Trucks Sutton-in-Ashfield - of this co. I only found a plannin application in online archive of local council, apparently the co. does not exist anymore.
The dealer was Cotes Park Commercials from Alfreton - these still exist apparently.

Also, the article says that there were ~70 Tatra trucks working in Ireland (early to mid 1980’s). So same request, any pics, comments, experiences?
Any ideas on dealers there?
