The best agency in northern Britian, run by a great team with lots of exclusive contracts and customers. Spent 3 years with them, 08 to 11 and never wanted for quality work.
Never any problems with pay or variety of work, loadsa trunk and container work. Hiab, adr, supermarket, Target does it all. Would still be with them if I did’nt have the best tramping job you can get.
They are a first class agency, but Im a first class driver. 
2nd class drivers might have different opinions. 
As said above, I haven’t had any problems with them and they always try to get you work
