The certificate indicates qualification, not experience.
I have to agree with you there Nick. 
An ADR Certificate says absolutely nothing about experience.
Got the job lads, start monday, getting a weeks training. The job is adr collecting waste oils from docks, quarries etc. Pays reasonable, 10ph and time & 1/2 after 40hrs. Happy days. Thanks for all replies.

Diary with photos compulsory. A little tip, go and raid the wardrobe, wifes knicker drawer and garage for as much waste cloth as you can find. Get yourself 20 litres of paraffin or kerosene and a small bucket and get into the habit of wiping down your gloves, hoses and valves. We did some black oil work and it is the worst job in the world following some mucky bugger.
Oh and well done with the interview, were you honest or did you bull it?
