Tanker Hose on A1 J42

Tuesday 4/8/15 17.30.
Long shot, but if there’s a tanker driver on here who’s lost a hose, it’s on the bottom of the northbound slip road/on ramp A1 Junction 42.

This public announcement comes to you via Viking Industries Lost Property Department.

Ha ha, thought about that & putting it on eBay, but then I’d be stopping every 2 miles collecting all sorts of debris.
[emoji362]New Dragons Den Idea, collect all the Goodies you see on the road & eBay 'em. I want £1 million for 0.5% of my company, wonder if Peter will go for it ?

You’ll rob the wombles of their Xmas bonus, and tea & biccie fund

What could I have got for auctioning that breeze block I saw on the corner of the A240 outside Tolworth the other day? Silly me, I called the cops and suggested they remove it before anyone hit it.

“Is it causing an obstruction?”

“Not right now, but it will do if someone hits it.”

“OK, we’ll send someone along within an hour.”

“Well, someone could hit it in less time than that.”

Didn’t go back that way.

Spotted one of these hoses on the e/b M4 the other night…just on the hard shoulder and iirc, it was just before Membury Svcs…about 10’ long & green

There you go, if we pick 'em up, we can sell them to the other tanker driver, up the A1.

While we’re at it, we could collect all those cones that keep falling off the back of lorry’s (miles & miles of them up the M1) & sell them to the next set of roadworks.

eBay Listing-
Item-Cone
Quantity Available- 47 Million.
Price-£1
Delivery-via Viking Industries Mobile Delivery Division, basically we’ll chuck them off the back of a moving lorry.

Ha ha saw that last night around 7 o’clock and wondered how much it would fetch

Theres an orange ratchet ■■■■■■■■ the A12 if anyones interested, looks in good nick.

There was a single boot on the M62 hard shoulder just past the little house on the prairie west bound on Monday morning. Plenty of tread left on it and laces looked good. Probably already been snapped up though.

+1, I wonder how much they cost, I’ve heard rumours of £70-100/ft new…

Lol, no, that’ll be Viking Industries Accounts Department, we’ve got a special payment scheme, where you produce an invoice & we file it in the Special Filing Cabinet, with no back on it & that backs onto Viking Industries Shredding Division.

Is that what they mean when they say ‘putting an invoice together’?

I’ll rob those from M4…may not be quite as many as M1 but gonna flog em for 75p each. The deluxe model comes with a flashy orange light for the top…their a quid, buyer collects as I have no storage facilities so I need a quick sale and can’t have the day driver involved in this as I’ve cut the price to the bone already!!
