Just found this , happened Sunday afternoon on the Beijing-Harbin motorway

The tanker has gone over, you can just see it by the bridge, spilling the petrol onto the motorway. I presume the heat from the exhaust pipe of the car on the right set it off.
According to BBC news it was a liquid natural gas tanker .

Looks like fuel. LNG expands to 600 times its original liquid state.
