Hello, I’m returning to driving and seen a job for turners on food grade tankers non tramping based at Norwich but can’t find anything about pay, I know from years ago it wasn’t good but not sure what it’s like now, anyone had any recent experience of the pay and work.
It isn’t British Sugar is it?
Those guys have work year-round but it is all in crappy DAF CFs and yes I think tramping positions are available in those pocket cabs! LOL.
It is British sugar on liquid tanks but day work only, just the pay I’m not sure about as I know they’ve always paid low.

Quick look on there website shows various vacancies around the country no mention of pay though.

Yeah I saw that, but already made my mind up that I’ll look elsewhere, don’t like it when they’re not upfront with the pay. Thanks anyway, may give Abbey a go at British sugar as well.
