Taliban drivers sit in cab on Sundays

They stay in all day,no signs of life, except the law that says you must start the engine at 7am to recharge the NEW batteries on the new truck, after all that emailing and watching dvds and listening to music all night.

Toby what do you do when parked up for a few days, me I do the same as the so called taliban
as its cheaper than getting some one out to do a start, ask those who have been working on
long trips, they will tell you exactly the same answer, okay the time starting the truck will be
differant ,

Maybe do some laundry, change over the bunk sheets, get the bike out for the whole day,and pull some bar bell weights when get back. There are some real gems of little villages to find if leave the confines of the autoroute fence and barriers.Medieval towns, old mills, etc. They must be using a lot of battery juice,i was enquiring if they need to start up to recharge if the trucks are quite new.I once got chased out of a French truckstop,it was my own fault, pulling in at 22.00 on Saturday night, dropped the trailer,to go bob tail, tractor solo,to pick up some furniture in the next town,he went mad,cos i had not ate in his restaurant, and parked a trailer there.I was going to have a meal there before leaving at 22.00 sunday night.Thought he was going to get a 12 bore out from the kitchens.

Toby that can be said of all drivers, me i hate exersize of any kind by the way
but do try and keep the cabin tidy as for washing the sheets thats what the
washing machine in the truckstop is for,
