hi guys new to the forum from deepest darkest Dorset, company are paying for me to do class 2 (landed on my feet), I’m booked in with wayside transport to do the training they have a g something scania (2010) with optidrive, is the clutch automatic as in do i need to use it as the scania website implies it is but other posts ive read says otherwise. some great info on here learnt to to tie a dolly knot while i was waiting for my account to go live !

Scania do a 2 pedal or 3 pedal optidrive I believe. The 3 pedal you use the clutch to pull away and to stop, in-between it is auto, just remember to dip the clutch when coming to a stop!
