Horses are however allowed to travel along a motorway in a horse box
Would you concede that a motorway is first and foremost a road ? hence my confusion.
You get confused between roads and motorways and you ride a horse on both

I think you will find he got arrested for riding his horse,while the horse was doing the driving…
