Im leaving my job tomorrow as i have a new one starting thursday, what i want to ask is do i leave my previous 28 days tachos with the old employer or do i take them with me incase VOSA pull me over. If VOSA pull me over will they prosecute me for not having them.

I would keep them and send them to the old employer after 28 days,pretty sure VOSA would prosecute you for not having them.
You must keep them and return them to your previous employer after 28 days but before 42 days, counting from the day after the latest date on the chart.
